Manager In Training - Full-time

Currently we are hiring for the our Lawn Care Apprentice / Manager In Training position; both part and full time availability. This position is designed to train, coach, and develop our employees with the intent of advancement and better opportunities. You will work your way through our front line roles to gain a complete understanding of how our company operates and grows. Our goal is to provide career minded individuals the tools and skills necessary to manage a small office within 1 year.

POSITION DETAILS:

**Full time, salaried positions are available dependent on experience**

Fall/Winter -- Independent Marketing Representative

• Responsible for generating leads by offering free, no obligation lawn care quotes
• Door to door community outreach, No selling is required!
• Ability to work near your home or commute to our office and work under direct supervision
• Part and Full time availability, Flexible hours Monday - Friday, some Saturdays
• Average $15 - 17 per hour

Winter/Spring -- Marketing Team Supervisor

• Transport (with company vehicle) and supervise a team of Marketing Representatives throughout local neighborhoods
• Coach and motivate your team to achieve nightly goals
• Work directly with our management team on developing goals, recruiting, and training.
• Part and Full time availability, Flexible hours Monday - Friday, some Saturdays
• $15 - 17 per hour

Summer/Fall -- Lawn Care Professional

• Perform fertilizer, weed control, and insect applications for our residential customers
• Quote potential customers in the field for lawn care services
• Monday - Friday, 6:30am - 4pm (varies throughout the season)
• $15+/hour, commission incentive pay
