Position Purpose:
Under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager / Director, this position is responsible for the management of multiple concurrent projects related to Interline’ s Corporate Inside Sales and Field Sales functions. These projects include but are not limited to the following: Vendor Managed Inventory and Shop Management Program implementation; process design; leadership of related committees or task forces, and participation in strategic planning meetings.

Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities:
20%- * Manages the complete implementation process, communications and schedule of all Inventory Solution Programs for the STOCKWISE customers * Lead in the qualification process for potential “STOCKWISE” customers
20%- * Leads the process of gathering and evaluating customer specific inventory requests to include product evaluation, corresponding with credit and agreement compliance * Creates and updates the Project Plan by which all projects are managed and reviewed with the set-up crew, sales, customer and management
15%- * Completes a ROI to determine the solution that is the best fit for the customer and company. Responsible for creating, maintaining, and managing inventory templates for appropriate solutions
15%- * Maintain reports for tracking project schedules, cost and completion of the Inventory Solutions and managing to a prescribed budget. Collaborates with internal departments to maintain data integrity and continuity 15%- * Assist with updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the Inventory Solutions.A relevant contributor to the development of next generation supply chain components and the training of structured programs
15%- * Assist in STOCKWISE sales presentations with key sales executives or Regional Managers. * Supervision of Assistant Project Managers, Program Specialists and other Associates as required. * Qualify, develop relationship with and maintain vendor partners for services or product and material. * Analysis of Inventory requirement Nature and Scope: This position reports to the Director of Supply Chain. This position has no direct reports. Environmental Job Requirements: Environment:. Usually in a comfortable environment but with regular exposure to factors causing moderate physical discomfort from such things as dust, fumes or odors.

Travel:. Typically requires overnight travel more than 50% of the time.Standard Minimum Qualifications:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must pass the Drug Test.
Must pass Background Check.
Must pass pre-employment test if applicable.

Education Required: 
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a associate's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Work Experience Required: 2 years 

Physical Requirements:
Most all of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).  

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain, Project Management, Operations /Sales Management or Technology preferred
Sales, Operations and Project Experience preferred.
Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical product knowledge preferred.
Expert level communications skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of management.
Solid understanding of workflow organization inside a company, particularly inventory management and product distribution.
Expert level organization, analytic, and leadership skills.
Ability to prioritize and function in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to lead and manage processes and people to complete tasks and projects.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Expert level PC skills, including Microsoft Excel and other Office programs. Ability to quickly grasp new systems and tools.
