Responsibilities:
- Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed, accounted for and processed
- Utilize inventory management systems in accordance with our inventory control processes
- Assist with coordination and reconciliation of physical inventories/stock counts
- Research, address, and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Manage routine and exception reporting
- Educate selling employees on accurate ticketing, properly executing markdowns, and pricing guidelines
- Assist in maintaining clean and organized stockrooms and hold areas
- Demonstrate initiative in accomplishing tasks and meeting quality standards
- Promote, educate, and reinforce standard operating processes with fellow logistics team members
Qualifications:
- Have a high school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
- Inventory management systems experience (preferred)
- Demonstrate ability to use a variety of technology (e.g. PC, iDevices) and new computer applications
- High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Strong organizational, math and written communication skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and coworkers
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Retail BOH experience
