Shift Leader

Shift leaders will be required to learn all aspects of the restaurant in order to effectively lead a team of 3 to 4 employees at a time.  Shift leaders will be responsible for opening/closing restaurant, cash drawers, minimal food prep and ensuring their team provides the best experience for guests, while staying focused and completing tasks in a timely manner. Applicants will be required to work in a team setting, providing outstanding customer service while following the policies and procedures set in place by the franchise and management.  Applicants should be able to take pride in what they do and strive to learn and grow within the organization.  The majority of hours available will be weekends and nights with some day hours possible.  Team members may asked to participate in catering events and deliveries when needed.  If you are passionate about providing a positive experience for customers, apply now!
