Housekeeping Position - Multiple Positions

Housekeeping: $9 - $10 an hour, Part-time 20-30 hours per week. Responsibilities include moping, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchens and appliances and making up of rooms. We provide all of the needed tools and training. Porter - Light Maintenance: $9 - $10 an hour, Part-time 25-35 hours per week. Some weekends required. Responsibilities include removing linens out of units, making sure units are clean and everything in working order for arriving guests, cleaning of walkways, patios and patio furniture and trash removal. General ongoing light maintenance duties include changing of light bulbs and ensuring AC filters are changed when needed. We provide all of the needed tools and training. Both positions must have own transportation, be reliable and detail-oriented. Professional attitude and appearance a must as this position interfaces with clients and staff. Previous experience in a vacation rental program a plus. Qualified applicants will have a TX State Driver's License and a good driving record. You must also be able to pass a Criminal Background Check and Drug Screen.
