This is a high profile position for someone who would like to provide accounting support related to franchise accounting operations. This includes revenue processing, accounts payable processing, account reconciliation/analysis, data entry, month end closing.
Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years experience in QuickBooks
Successful track record in accounting, including general ledger experience
Desire to work as a team, and a strong commitment to service excellence
Experience with Excel
Desire to interact with external partners
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Essential Functions:
Generate invoices for monthly franchise revenue
Prepare quarterly revenue audits
Provide support through timely and effective communication
Collect and reconcile accounts receivable
Accounts payable
Year end financial audit support
All other duties as assigned.
Competency/Skill Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office. QuickBooks expertise. General ledger accounting and financial statement analysis.
Ideal candidate must possess:
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Exceptional verbal and communication skills
Exceptional relationship-building demeanor to maintain trust and credibility
Strong desire to excel in a team environment
Strong attention to detail/accuracy
