POSITION PURPOSE
Plans, directs, controls, coordinates, and evaluates efforts of all supply chain activities as well as all or most of the following: inventory management, procurement, production planning, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.

MAJOR TASKS, RESPONSIBILITES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
5%- Participates in developing new forecasting, order replenishment and logistics channel decision processes.
30%- Creates and Prepares multiple reports and dashboards. Manages the day-to-day replenishment activities, answers store replenishment questions and reports & follows up on all key inventory metrics.
20%- Manages process improvement projects within the Supply Chain. Identifies all key stakeholders, owners, and resources needed to execute. Educates and influences all key supply chain stakeholders on the benefits of the new processes.
5%- Develops decision support tools and financial models to analyze the cost/benefit tradeoffs of inventory. Analyzes multi-tier distribution channels to determine cost and service level tradeoffs for product categories. Develops forecasting tools to support collaborative planning with merchandising suppliers.
30%- Analyzes and gathers supply chain best practices and develops strategies in support of supply chain business case development. Conducts day-to-day business analysis supporting the supply chain managers.
10%- Supports all central replenishment activities including: development of new forecasting tools, inventory forecasting and replenishment strategies. Partners with merchants to plan for promotions, price changes, and exit strategies.

NATURE AND SCOPE
This position reports to the CB Director Supply Chain.
This position has no direct reports.

ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Environment:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.

Travel:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.

Additional Environmental Job Requirements: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Additional Minimum Qualifications:

Education Required:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree program or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job.

Years of Relevant Work Experience: 3 years

Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.

Additional Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field. Proficiency in advanced Excel, Tableau, Microstrategy or any other BI tool.

Preferred Qualifications:
Problem Complexity: Works in compliance with established procedures and/or protocols. Identifies and resolves readily identifiable, clearly defined problems. Demonstrates skill in data analysis, techniques by resolving missing/incomplete information, and inconsistencies/anomalies in routine research/data.
Interpersonal skills for dealing with sensitive or controversial situations.
Expert in Excel

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:Knowledge of TMS (Transportation Management System) and WMS (Warehouse Management System); also understand general flow of information in these systems.
Understanding of SAP transactions related with order creation and interface with TMS/WMS.
Experience with SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and Excel VBA
