The Kitchen Director has the responsibility for directing the daily operations of a quick service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations, including production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance and repair, inventory management, team management, recruiting, financial accountability, ensuring the highest quality products and services are delivered to our customers and other duties as required. The person applying for this position must have excellent communication skills. Previous management experience is a must. You must be a minimum age of 21+ years old for this job.

Job Requirements
Primary Responsibilities -
Lead and oversee the coordination of all aspects of back of house/kitchen restaurant business and operations
Work closely with the Operator to set goals for back of house/kitchen
Exhibit ownership in the restaurant through a growth mindset - Analyze Monthly, Weekly and Daily reports and provide timely and competent administrative management of sales, inventory, customer objectives, etc.
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market and industry trends
Track sales, labor and productivity
Drive continuous improvement
Promote unity among team members and leadership through effective and timely communication of vision and leading by example
Ensure guest focused mentality
Ability to engage in immediate problem resolution and short-term plans to correct critical issues
Meet weekly with Executive Leadership Team as a strategic partner
Strong attention to detail and stewardship mindset
