EARLY MORNING Kitchen Operations Team Member
Chick-fil-A York Road is a high-energy, fast-paced, quick-serve, customer-focused restaurant serving the Cockeysville, Timonium and Lutherville communities.  We offer a positive, team-based work environment which supports and encourages team members to grow as individuals.

We are looking for new Team Members for our kitchen operations who have a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We currently have openings for 5AM – 2PM Monday-Saturday shifts.

Job Description and Duties
A Chick-fil-A kitchen team member performs food preparation duties including cooking and preparing menu items. Additional duties include unloading deliveries, restocking supplies and maintaining a clean store environment. Chick-fil-A team members must also adhere to all safety policies and health regulations. Chick-fil-A team members possess positivity and diligence as well as excellent communication and decision-making skills. The ideal Candidate has food service experience working in a fast-paced kitchen.

Requirements
5AM – 2PM Monday – Saturday shifts
Must have reliable transportation not dependent on public transportation (due to early start)
Experience in food service in a fast-paced kitchen strongly preferred
Must be friendly and outgoing, able to provide excellent customer service
Must be able to work in a team environment and on your own
Must be able to work on your feet for at least five hours at a time
Must be able to lift 50 lbs

Salary and Compensation
This position offers compensation of $11.00 - $12.00 per hour, depending on experience. Additional Chick-fil-A job perks may include restaurant discounts and scholarship opportunities.
