Responsible for data integrity and order management of a high-volume of chosen brands. Build relationships with vendors and source necessary data. Create order templates. Assign, prepare, and enter high volume number of POs in assigned categories. Create and maintain SKUs while ensuring data integrity.  Facilitate resolution of receiving problems for warehouse teams through email, telephone, and face-to-face communication in a timely manner.  Comfortably use Excel and Outlook to prioritize and manage a high volume work load.

 

  • Responsible to drive brands through each season cycle.
  • Maintain data integrity to VRR standard and update existing and new SKUs via internally-used web-based software.
  • Identify and resolve issues and gaps in processes.
  • Work individually and with a team to perform high volume SKU creation and maintenance in AS 400/JDA.
  • Enter and revise POs in assigned category with a great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Manage communications in multiple email inboxes to assign and revise POs and resolve problems.
  • Escalate problems to Order Management Supervisor and then assist with problem resolution within assigned categories.  Use problem-solving, communication, and follow-up skills with buyers, warehouses, and vendors to resolve issues in a timely manner.  Proactively seek clarification before issues arise.
  • Establish relationships and work with Buyers, Merchandise Managers, and stores through telephone and email communications.
  • Additional projects as assigned.
