Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of general and service plumbing experience
- Ability to diagnose, repair, maintain, install or replace lavatories, water closets, faucets, sinks, garbage disposals, water heaters, water filtration systems, other equipment
- Ability to locate damaged lines for repairs or replacement
- Ability to trouble shoot, diagnose, and prepare a written explanation, as to what needs to be done
- Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing repair projects
- Ability to cuts holes in walls, floors and ceilings to gain access to piping etc
- Ability to meet deadlines while providing quality work and customer service
- Demonstrated skills showing initiative, personal responsibility and accountability
- Ability to adhere to current policies and procedures and follow direction
- Knowledge of and the ability to apply current building codes
- Well versed with smart devices (phones, tablets etc)
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to work rotating and on call shifts
- Ability to pass a back-ground and drug test
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
