Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and work with customers over the phone to help them sign up for open enrollment with their insurance
  • Take initiative and action to respond, resolve, and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
  • Provides excellent customer service to all employees by promptly responding to employee inquiries

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and ability to work over the phone
  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative position
  • Previous experience in customer service in regards to insurance
  • Previous phone experience
  • High school degree required
