About this job
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and work with customers over the phone to help them sign up for open enrollment with their insurance
- Take initiative and action to respond, resolve, and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner
- Provides excellent customer service to all employees by promptly responding to employee inquiries
Requirements:
- Strong communication and ability to work over the phone
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative position
- Previous experience in customer service in regards to insurance
- Previous phone experience
- High school degree required
