HR and Recruiting Specialists ($45K-55K)

NOW HIRING Human Resource Specialists and Recruiters for our clients in Northern Virginia. Pay is $45K-65K.

Must Have's (HR/Recruiting):

• 3+ years of experience in HR or Recruiting role
• Knowledge of State and Federal regulations
• Full lifecycle recruiting experience on cleared, technical and non-technical roles - sourcing, phone screens/interviews and background check and security clearance document processing (e.g. SF85P, SF86)
• Experience administering employee benefits (medical, LTF/Life, 401 (k) and COBRA
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work successfully in a fast paced environment
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
• Excellent computer skills required and working knowledge of HRIS applications (e.g. ADP) and ATS (e.g. Taleo)
