Purchasing Specialist

Title: AP-Purchasing / AR Clerk Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Company Location - Orlando, FL 32824 Pay: $12.00 - $14.00/hour Looking for an applicant to perform Purchasing & Accounts Payable Tasks. Daily Tasks: Create purchase orders Match packing slips to purchase orders Enter bills Answer Phones Greet Customers/Vendors Enter invoices (AR) Create shipments Write Checks Pay bills   Requirements: QuickBooks - 2 years minimum experience Microsoft Office - 2 years minimum experience Customer Service Accounts Payable & Receivable - 2 years experience Purchasing Experience - 2 years This position is in a multi person office with constant traffic. Must be able to focus on the task at hand while other things are going on around you.
