Hospitality Professional - Full-time / Part-time

Our Hospitality Professionals serve on the frontline and kitchen in a fast-paced, team environment of learning, excellence and care. 

Hospitality Professional Requirements: 

• Minimum age: 16 years old 
• Full-time Availability (30-40 hrs/wk): Monday-Saturday (work 5 days) 
• Part-time Availability (12-30 hrs/wk): 2-4 days, including weekends 

Job Requirements (Front of House): 

• Execute hospitality in the dining room by ensuring each guest's needs are tended to promptly 
• Contribute to a pleasant and hospitable environment by remaining calm and diligent, especially during peak sales periods 
• Eagerly interact with and clearly communicate with guests 
• Become knowledgeable of all menu items 
• Perform cleaning and organizational duties as needed 

Job Requirements (Back of House): 

• Become knowledgeable of all menu items, recipes, and preparation procedures 
• Execute a remarkable guest experience by preparing and presenting food to meet Chick-fil-A's quality standards and promote food safety 
• Contribute to a safe and healthy workplace by maintaining a clean working environment 
• Perform various kitchen cleaning and organizational duties as needed 
• Contribute to a pleasant and hospitable environment by remaining calm and diligent, especially during peak sales periods
