As an Intern you will learn about the retail and ecommerce industry; participate in a collaborative business project, volunteer opportunities, corporate training. Responsibilities:
As the Digital Content Intern, you will:
* Enters website content into merchandising/publishing module and deploys to production environment
* Refresh content on home and category pages daily
* Ensure product and pricing presentation follow proper merchandising guidelines for each brand site
* Monitor product mix to assure brand identity is preserved
* Collaborate with eCommerce, Category, Purchasing and Multi-Channel Marketing teams to ensure website content and promotional efforts achieve sales objectives
* Requests and coordinates all graphic needs
* Collaborate with IT to create, implement test and analyze new, innovative functionality
* Participate in brainstorming meetings with various departments to define merchandising tactics and promotions
* Collaborate with Marketing Analysts and Consumer Insights to analyze session and sales data daily to identify optimal content for each site
* Participate in A/B testing, multi-variant testing and User Testing to support deployment of new features, migration to new platform and bug fixes
Qualifications:
Preferred degrees: Marketing
To qualify for an internship with Foot Locker, individuals must:
* Be a junior or senior in college, or a Spring 2018 graduate
* Arrange the internship with the educational institution on a for-credit basis, if necessary.
* Schedule according to the following business hours: Summer internship hours are Monday-Friday (40 hours/week). Internships begin on June 5, 2018 and end August 18, 2018. Any exceptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
