Customer Service Representative

We have several different opportunities that we are hiring for where candidates will primarily be taking incoming calls in any of the following areas:

• Billing and collections
• Stock market trends and portfolio changes
• Insurance policies in health care

Candidates will learn our clients process and procedures for walking customers through their insurance benefits and what is and is not covered, as well as be able to answer any questions regarding payments. Candidates interested in the financial services position will be trained accordingly and have to study for and pass the series 7 and 63 licensing tests to be able to properly assist callers with their questions. Studying is during work hours and is paid for. Qualified candidates should be comfortable being on the phones all day while navigating computer screens and documenting necessary information on the computer as needed.
