Responsibilities
This position, under the leadership of the Director of Benefit and Health Plan Administration, is responsible for the day to day operations of the Adventist HealthCare benefit plans. This individual will evaluate and review retirement plans, eligibility, calculations and payouts; health plan enrollment, administration of leave management and all other benefit functions. The Senior Benefits Specialist will be instrumental in reviewing and analyzing current benefit plans for cost effectiveness and quality services to all departments and employees of Adventist Health Care.
