Job Description:

Our client in the Avondale, PA area is seeking a Customer Service Manager to join their growing team. This person is responsible for management of a call center as well as the overall strategy of the customer service execution for the company, and will work cross departmentally to enhance and develop policies and procedures associated with customer handling.

Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Skills:

Duties:

  • Manage Customer Service Representative within the call center

  • Provide techniques for using products to current and potential customers

  • Ensure company compliance with regulations

  • On-site management and follow-up for compliance standards

  • Provide support to ensure customer satisfaction and feedback related to service products.

  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures for local, state and federal environmental regulations

  • Manage systems to ensure compliance with FDA regulations and ISO standards within the service operations team

  • Provides oversight of all training requirements and delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a Business or Technical focus

  • 7-10 years' experience managing customer facing activities directly related to FDA regulations, ISO standard

  • Knowledge in technical support, manufacturing and medical device sales

  • Knowledge of customer and technical service in the Health Care field required

  • Demonstrated leadership, analytical, planning and organizational skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Working hours: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm
