One of our top customers, is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives for long term opportunities with the chance of an extension. These positions are located are located in Gresham, OR
There are two different shifts to choose from: Monday-Friday 2:30 pm-9:00 pm or 12:30 pm -9:00 pm
By working for our client, you will be exposed to a large global company (listed on the NYSE), work for a financially stable fortune 500 company and, work in a fast paced corporate environment and be an integral part to the Financial Services Team.
Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered to the customers
- Clarify customer requirements; probe for understanding, use decision-support tools and resources to appropriately provide resolution to the customer
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the customer
- Maintain basic knowledge of client products and/or services
- Track, document and retrieve information in call tracking databases
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient computer skills, Data Entry, Word and Excel skills
