The Account Rep, Inside Sales (CS) is responsible for managing, maintaining and growing a targeted client base. This position ascertains member needs by probing, maintaining strong relationships, proactive account management, and outstanding customer service in addition to driving sales targets. Acting as a dedicated account manager, this position becomes a consultant, negotiator and partner to the existing customer base.

JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops relationships with clients to truly understand their needs and takes a pro-active approach to building long lasting relationships
  • Serves as primary Point of Contact for a personal book of business
  • Processes orders received from existing customers, CAE s and SR s.
  • Collaborates with the Customer Success Specialists (CSS) to ensure excellent Post-Sales Support
  • Manages and maintains your personal book of business based on volume or total revenue
  • Grows personal book of business on an annual basis
  • Performs Solution Selling activities to solve customers needs
  • Proactively engages with customers and seeks out new opportunities
  • Becomes familiar with the entire sales cycle, the post sales process and is an expert with all of Sears Commercial systems
  • Records all account activities within Salesforce without exception
  • Migrates all physical files, notes and other company information into Salesforce
  • Collaborates with the Demand Generation Team to develop new marketing/promotional activities and drive new revenue
  • Masters the use of Salesforce, SAP and other supporting systems
  • Provides superior communication clear and concise on the phone and in person
  • Performs other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3-4 years of related experience
  • 18 years of age or older

REQUIRED SKILLS:
  • Mastery of operations systems and various software programs, i.e. Microsoft office
  • Organizational skills including prioritizing, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
  • Able to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment

PREFERRED SKILLS:
  • Prior account management
  • Inside Sales Experience
