Cook Wanted

Snoqualmie Falls Candy Shoppe is seeking a full time and part time cook. Candidate must be able to work in a fast pace food service environment, able to multi task and dependable. Must be able to work flexible schedule including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Work includes; prepare food, use food processing equipment, wash dishes, clean work area, clean food equipment and other duties associated with food service. A valid food handler's permit is required for employment. Must be able to work the Weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Compensation DOE Hourly + Tips

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Prepare all menu items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
• Follow recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the restaurant manager
• Tasked with tracking and reporting any food waste
• Handle, store, and rotate all products and ingredients properly

DESIRED QUALIFICATION
-Must be 18+ and have own reliable transportation
- Experienced cook preferred
- Must possess a Washington State Food Handlers Permit
- Must work independently and be self-motivated
- Fast learner and able to multi-task
- Great interpersonal skills and excellence customer service, with a positive, can-do and upbeat personality
- An ability to remain level-headed, think clearly and work productively under pressure
- An ability to lift 40 pounds and be on your feet for 8+ hours
