Access our work order system (AS400 platform) to determine project and work performed per employee
· Pull paper and payroll records to match up to the work.
· Pull payroll registers and input data into a tracker spreadsheet
· Input financial information into a created calculator to determine wages paid
· Assemble complete data packets
· Input all final information into a third party vendor site called LCP Tracker to "certify" the records.
· File completed packets in a predetermined location in the branch.
Skills:
- Detail oriented

- Organized
- Intermediate Excel and MS Office skills
- Above average typing speed
- Ability to sit on a computer for long periods of time
- Some walking and stopping as they gather documents from filing cabinets and boxes.
