Position Overview:
Conduct talent acquisition, candidate screening, pre-employment coordinating and pre-employment record keeping, applicant tracking system. Ensure that all phases of the employment process are carried out consistently and in compliance with all regulations and company policies and meet the objectives of the company.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure an understanding of the open position at hand.
Actively research, identify and utilize a variety of recruitment sources
Determine appropriate recruiting sources; compose job postings and coordinate any recruitment agency agreements.
Monitor the ongoing status of open positions. Ensure dispositions of candidates are properly maintained in applicant tracking system.
Pre-screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, select suitable candidates and administer assessment tools. Evaluate competencies in alignment with position requirements.
Document candidate dispositions and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws, including Affirmative Action.
Promote the company image to candidates and external service providers.
