Our Executive Chefs are able to utilize their fullcreativity in menu design and development in the kitchen, as well as in ourbanquet/catering events. In addition, they are provided support from our diningleaders in a team-oriented kitchen. There is nothing like our kitchenexperience as chefs, we provide excellent training opportunities, support inindustry certifications, a clean work environment, and all for a great purposein making a difference in someone's dining experience. EXPERIENCEREQUIRED:
Proven track record as an Executive Chef
Fine dining experience a plus
Providing leadership for culinary staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
For this role, we are looking for someone has strong leadership capabilities,able to lead a team and develop individuals. This is a team-orientedenvironment, with support from FOH management and staff, we strive on creatingthe best experience possible for the residents. In our newly launched signaturedining model, our kitchens have been more quick-paced, emphasizing more on theticket times but without sacrificing the quality of the cuisines. Individualshave to be highly organized and able to develop and coach his/her team tosuccess. A bachelor's degree is highly preferred, fine dining and healthcareexperience is highly preferred, must be flexible to work weekends, evenings andholidays.
