About this job
Performing food and drink serving duties at dinners and special events while interacting with guests in a positive, friendly and efficient manner.
Check room set-up to see that banquet event order directions are completely followed. Ensure that all public areas are neat and clean.
Make contact with group representatives. Explain how to make contact if needed throughout the function.
Inspect banquet areas at end of function to ensure all equipment is returned to its proper area and all areas are clean
Candidate must have at least one (1) year of banquet serving experience.
Must able to communicate and read in English
Previous Hotel/Club Banquet Captain or Supervisory experience is preferred
Ability to lift or transport up to 30lbs through a crowded room and continous basis throughout the shift
