About this job

Key Role:

Leverage technical expertise in counterintelligence (CI) research, analysis, and operations. Conduct analysis of processes and tools to ensure the integrity of CI operations and research, including social media research methodologies and platforms and the techniques used to conduct due diligence and virtual operations. Perform research on new technologies and methods for countering technical threats to client operations and operational platforms, including classified and open source. Provide support for operational assessments and deep dive research from the technical CI perspective to better inform and enhance security and veracity of operational and research methodologies. Analyze information from multiple data sources to determine potential risks and draft reports detailing mitigation programs and options. Work with a group of diverse and accomplished colleagues while supporting priority endeavors for the client and Booz Allen Hamilton.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in working with the intelligence community

-5+ years of experience with supporting client operations

-Experience with offensive and defensive CI operations or investigations and CI concepts, principles, and practices necessary to plan and conduct a range of CI support to operations, platforms, and research

-Experience with statistical analysis

-Experience with a variety of communications methods and platforms, including Internet and App based and client software, tools, and databases

-Knowledge of CI functional areas, vetting technologies and capabilities, analytic tools, and communications processes

-Ability to analyze technical operational environments, recognizing threats, adverse conditions, or Cyber perils and provide solutions to hostile circumstances

-Ability to translate technology methodologies into operational execution to support client research, targeting, and operations

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BS degree in Engineering, CS, Cyber Technology, Advanced Networking, or Cybersecurity and 10+ years of experience with establishing Cybersecurity processes and conducting network analysis, Internet platform development, or CI oversight for operational technology systems and techniques

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of the Internet, to include the Deep Web, and the techniques necessary to ensure secure use of same for both research and operational activities

-Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to frequently changing operational priorities using excellent organizational and time management skills

-Experience operating abroad and as part of an operational team

-Ability to display foreign language proficiency in Farsi, Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Korean

-Ability to integrate teams of both technical and operational members to support the client s mission and goals

-Ability to accomplish tasks under limited supervision and work as a member of a team or independently

-Ability to organize and present information in both oral and written forms
