Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek's client is currently seeking Customer Service representatives to join their growing team in Roanoke, VA. These individuals will be working in the Retail division of the Customer Care Department.

This client is the largest automotive aftermarket parts provider in North America, serves both the do-it yourself and professional installer markets. This company operates over 5,200 company-operated stores, over 100 WORLDPAC brances, and services approximately 1,325 independently owned CARQUEST branded stores in 49 states, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Canada.

Calls might consist of customers who are inquiring about product damage, discrepancies on a receipt for returned items, or general questions about products or inventory availability. Will be handling 70-90 calls a day.

Qualifications:

• Call Center experience is a plus
• Customer services experience
