Job Description

Scope of Job: Responsible for gathering and researching information related to the client using multiple sources both internal and external. Provide high level branded documents using that information obtained to the client as necessary. Able to perform and multi-task under high stress situations while on duty. Must be self- motivated and able to meet standards put in place with minimal supervision. Must have high skills in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel, typing, etc.

Performs tasks and duties of a similar nature and scope as required for assigned office. Directly reports to GSOC Manager.

Essential Functions:
  • Conduct regular monitoring of online open sources, social media platforms, and client specific gathering tools for known and potential threats to company security, client personnel, general operations, or reputation.
  • Conduct in-depth research on wide range of issues pertaining to global security.
  • Monitor geopolitical events that my impact executive travel, company events, and/or operations, and provide periodic timely reporting.
  • Create reports and branded products, including but not limited to threat assessments and travel risk assessments.
  • Review and provide recommendations on the various tools used both by the Global Security Operations Center (GSOC).
  • Safeguard and maintain highly sensitive and confidential information.
  • Provide high level weekly documents of current and future events to Global Security.
  • Perform monthly audits and provide results, numbers, and metrics with recommendations to GSOC Manager.
  • Perform other related duties and special project functions as assigned.
Minimum Hiring Standards:
  • Must be at least 18 years of age (21 for driving positions)
  • Must have reliable means of transportation
  • Must have the ability to speak, read, and write in English
  • Must have High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year experience in SOC/GSOC or analytical role
Preferred Hiring Standards:
  • Associates Degree and 1 year of experience in the security industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job, as determined by the company.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and ability to present information in a graphic format.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and respond rapidly to breaking situations within tight timelines
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent research, analytical, writing and verbal presentation skills
  • Self-motivated
