The Recruitment Spec, Carry-In is responsible for researching potential service providers, proactively recruiting providers for the program, negotiating rates, managing contract agreements by monitoring providers to assure they are abiding by the contract they signed. This position manages the relationship with the vendor from initial recruitment through onboarding and training. This position also manages the quality of service completed by external service providers by serving as the single point of contact when there is a complaint about the quality of service provided.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Researches and creatively sources new leads for the Carry-In Go Local program. Reviews and validates provider application information and supports providers with inquiries received via phone and/or email.
  • Cold calls potential vendors and communicates the value proposition through feature benefit selling.
  • Negotiates labor and part reimbursement rates and finalizes these with Manager approval.
  • Provides thorough, reliable, and timely assistance via phone and email to service provider to ensure accurate execution of contract and terms.
  • Onboards and trains external providers on Go Local systems and claim creation process during orientation program.
  • Solves service escalations for customers, retail locations, and external providers.
  • Coordinates pick-up requests for store stock repairs.
  • Creates account in Sears systems for external providers.
  • Coordinates Procurement and Vendor Database payment processes.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to type 40 WPM, perform detailed data entry, track performance metrics, and utilize strong computer skills
Preferred Skills:
  • Direct Sales or Recruiting experience
  • Bilingual Spanish
  • Direct experience in a B2B sales role
  • Experience negotiating contract terms and conditions
  • Experience with home-related services
