MTC is looking for a dedicated crew member who is capable of going above and beyond to meet expectations and representing our company when providing services. We are looking for someone who works well with others and is a team player.
The duties of a Janitor, Facility Maintenance, include but are not limited to the following:
- Floor Stripping
- Carpet Cleaning
- Window Cleaning
- Power Washing
- Empty Trash
- Mop Floors
- Vaccum Offices and Common Areas
- Using auto Scrubbers
- Using floor propane
- Applying wax
- Scrub and recoats
Requirments and Qualifications:
- Must have valid Drivers License
- Must have 2yrs+ Experience
- Willing to travel to property locations using company vehicle (North & South Jersey, Delaware area, Philadelphia)
- Ability to walk or stand for prolonged periods.
- Requires bending, stooping, reaching up, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
- Possible exposure to chemicals requiring special clothing or safety equipment.
- Ability to use motorized equipment.
- Ability to read and comprehend safety material and facility required documents.
