Positions Sought:
Servers, Hosts, Runners, Bartenders, Bussers, Runners, Barbacks, Barista, Polisher.

SERVER:
Candidates must have previous full service restaurant experience to be considered - Open availability is preferred. 
Summary of position: Provide the guest with a pleasing dining experience and exceptional service.

Basic duties include, but are not limited to:
-Greet the guest in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
-Knowledge of every menu item, 20+ wines by the glass, extensive craft cocktail program; beer selection.
-Accurately take orders and enter them into Micros.
-Provide good recommendations and up-sell items.
-I.D. all guests.
-Ensure that each guests meals are well received.
-Communicate any guest issue/desire with management and fellow team members accurately and efficiently.
-Execute style of service created by management.
-Assist in clearing tables.
-Correctly process guest payment.
-Provide any item requested by the guest.
-Actively participate in and complete sidework assignments.
-Maintain overall appearance of server stations, floor and tables.
-Maintain personal hygiene and uniform.
-Must be able to be on your feet during a 6-10 hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs

BARTENDER:
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years bartending experience in a full service restaurant to be considered - Open availability is preferred 
Summary of position: Provide the guest with a pleasing dining experience and exceptional service, while maintaining the cleanliness and professional appearance of the bar and providing guests with beverages from our extensive craft cocktail program

Basic duties include, but are not limited to:
-Greet the guest in a timely, professional and friendly manner.
-Knowledge of every menu item, 200+ wines on the list, extensive craft cocktail program; beer selection.
-Accurately take orders and enter them into Micros.
-Provide good recommendations and up-sell items.
-I.D. all guests.
-Ensure that each guests meals are well received.
-Communicate any guest issue/desire with management and fellow team members accurately and efficiently.
-Execute style of service created by management.
-Assist in clearing tables.
-Correctly process guest payment.

HOST: 
Summary of position: 
Greet and warmly welcome arriving guests into the establishment and seat them. While guests are waiting to be seated, ensure that the guests are made comfortable and kept informed of wait times.

Basic duties include, but are not limited to:
-Answer the telephone in a timely manner (3 rings).
-Book reservations to maximize seating potential.
-Answer all questions about the restaurant and surrounding area knowledgeably.
-Confirm reservations.
-Taking detailed messages fro management and relaying those messages accurately and efficiently to the appropriate person.
-Greet every guest with a smile and within 15 seconds and thanking the guest for coming as they leave the restaurant
-Ensure reservations are sat on time.
-Ensure reservation chits are written out and provided to the server, management and the kitchen.
-Scan the room for problems and alerting appropriate staff.
-Keep management and kitchen informed of any guest issues, VIPs, special requests, allergies, change in large party sizes, etc. . .
-Assist in bussing and re-setting of tables when necessary and moving tables together to accommodate large parties.
-Make every attempt to maximize seating while maintaining even service.
-Accurately estimate wait time and keep these guests comfortable and informed.
-Check and clean up the restrooms
-Maintain the cleanliness of the menus, podium and entryway.

Please be able to meet the following criteria:
-Have flexible schedule and be able to work nights and weekends.- Experience with OpenTable. Must have previous fine dining/casual upscale restaurant experience. Be professional, efficient and outgoing. Must be able to be on your feet during a 5-10 hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs


BUSSER/RUNNER/BARBACK/POLISHER: 
Please be able to meet the following criteria:
-Have flexible schedule and be able to work nights and weekends.
-Must have previous restaurant experience.
-Be professional, efficient and outgoing- Must be able to be on your feet during a 6 -10 hour shift and lift up to 40 lbs.

COOKS:
-Must have at least 2 years of kitchen experience.
-Quick learner.
-Open availability.
-Can work 10+ work days.
