HMR Assistant Level 2

Recipe for Success – Fresh Direct is looking for an HMR Assistant - Production Assembler/Packer, some experience necessary. Working with staff, Team Lead and management of the work center for preparation, assembly and packing of products.

Key ingredients –

• Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture
• Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment of 38 degrees
• Must be able to work a shift of 8 – 10 hours a day
• Must be able to work Saturday, Sunday and holidays
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment
• Must be able to stand for majority of your shift
• Must be able to perform twisting, turning and bending
• Must be able to lift a minimum of fifty (50) lbs.
• Must wear non-slip resistant shoes
• Strong Research and Analytical skills necessary
• Must be able to clearly communicate in English. Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Must have excellent listening skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Must embody and demonstrate company values and culture
