Receptionist

Seeking individuals who have prior customer service experience that are looking for a long term opportunity in a receptionist role in Bloomington, IL.

Job Responsibilities

• Answering incoming calls from clients and customers, determining nature of the call and transferring to the appropriate contact.
• Assist with any walk in traffic (mainly clients visiting).
• Volume will fluctuate depending on time of year.
• Handle any administrative tasks around the office during down time.

Job Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills in person and over the phone
• Prior office experience
• Eager to grow within the position and company
