About this job

These individuals will be working in the Retail division of our clients Customer Service Department

They will be taking calls from Customers from the eCommerce side of business .

Calls might consist of customers who are inquiring about product damage, discrepancies on a receipt for returned items, or general questions about products or inventory availability.

Please keep in mind that this call center can field calls from any type of inquiry and there are some random, one off situations that can occur. For example, someone could be calling in who is upset with our client for not sponsoring a charity of theirs. Could have questions in regards to their loyalty rewards programs.

They will need to be very comfortable handling call from upset customers as a good portion of the calls will be from disgruntled customers.

Will be handling 70-90 calls a day

The customer care team is open the same hours as the retail stores. They are rotating shifts including weekends. M-F hours are 8AM-9PM, Saturday is 8AM-9PM and Sun hours are 8AM-7PM. The schedules are 4 weeks of 8am-5pm, 4 weeks 9:30am- 6:30pm, and 4 weeks 11pm-8pm and every other weekend.
