Assistant Managers take an active role in the total management of a Jersey Mike's store/operation. In conjunction with the GM, the Assistant Manager shares responsibility for sales, qualify of service, customer satisfaction and team building.
Qualifications:
- 18+
- Previous food service experience is preferred
- 1+ years previous experience in a leadership role
- Experience with interviewing, hiring, and recruiting
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Open availability - no restrictions
