Job Description 


Answering a multi-line phone system and greeting and directing guests, as well as staff. Furthermore, duties include responding to complaints, service issues, billing issues and other general questions or concerns as appropriate.

Requirements

Must have Valid Drivers license and able to lift baggage. The Front Desk agent must have outstanding communication and computer skills, as they will be interacting with all forms of persons who enter the office premises. They should be able to adjust their communication style depending on who they interact with and client specific demands.
