Franchised Assistant General Manager

Additional Information: This hotel is owned and operated by an independent franchisee, Buffalo Lodging Associates. The franchisee controls all aspects of the hotel’s employment policies and practices, including the selection and hiring process. If you accept a position at this hotel you will be employed by a franchisee and not by Marriott International.

The Assistant GM assists in the overall success of the property, and helps oversees sales and growth, guest service, staff management, P&L results, maintenance & grounds, and food service.  Requires a hands-on management approach and a  willingness to assist in any areas as needed. Ensures that brand standards are met or exceeded.  Must be committed to providing superior guest service.  Must have proven record of developing and leading a successful team.  Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.  Resumes and wage requirements required.

Must have minimum 2 years proven experience in a hotel supervisory role. Back-of-house experience strongly preferred. 4-year degree, preferably in hospitality or hotel management. Marriott experience is preferred.
