FedEx Ground Delivery Driver - Full-time

Montrose Transportation, Inc. is a company that contracts with FedEx Ground to provide outstanding delivery service to the Downtown Nashville and the Vandy, Belmont areas. We are now accepting applications for full-time drivers, part-time drivers and temp drivers.Salary is $700 per week ($140 per day for part-time drivers) and will be paid weekly on Fridays. Successful applicants will work Monday-Friday. Our trucks dispatch around 7:30 am, hours vary depending on delivery stops and location. This is a physical job and requires that the employee get in and out of the truck up to 100 times in a shift.To qualify, successful applicants MUST meet ALL of the following criteria (NO EXCEPTIONS):- Have 12 months of commercial driving experience within the last 3 years in a cargo van or larger. Driving experience must be verifiable. MILITARY DRIVING, TAXI, UBER, PIZZA DELIVERY, LANDSCAPE DRIVER IS ACCEPTABLE EXPERIENCE- Have a clean driving record (no more than two tickets within the last 3 years and no speeding tickets over 80 mph).- Have or be able to get an F endorsement on driver's license- No felony convictions or violent misdemeanors- Pass a drug test- Pass a background check- Pass a professional driving test- Be 21 years of age or older- Pass a DOT physical- Ability to move quickly and lift up to 75 lbs.- Have dependable transportationThe ability to locate addresses using GPS and/or maps is a must and a good general knowledge of our service area which includes Nashville is a PLUS.Must be able to learn and adhere to FedEx Ground procedures with high expectations for SAFETY, ACCURACY, SERVICE and ATTENDANCE.
