Labview Test Engineer

*Software development is to be conducted using Windows 7 Pro, LabVIEW 2014, and associated support drivers, etc. with the intent for end-deliverable to be run as an executable on PXIe with only runtime engines.

All work is to be conducted, should be a joint effort by contractor and Test Engineer to document and retain knowledge and know-how for a sustainable test system. Specific work to be conducted includes TPI programming (Excel/CSV) and extensive NGDAQ "Special Test" (LabVIEW) programming, associated troubleshooting, risk identification and mitigation, hardware and software analysis, correlation studies, and process/procedure implementation. NGDAQ core cannot be modified; standard NGDAQ core is permitted to be upgraded to standard release by Rockford, but only modified to incorporate Special Tests that are unique

The on-site subcontractor shall support the on-site integration and troubleshooting effort led by the Test Engineer to bring the TS to full operation. The on-site subcon-tractor shall support the on-site validation effort led by the Test Engineer.

The subcontractor shall provide full time on-site software support. The period of performance is estimated to be 6 months which includes bringing the ATE operational to test all three LRUs and potential optimization activities. Due to the nature of work at facility, and the location of the TS, the subcontractor shall comply with all ITAR rules and restrictions.

The TS and all associated software development tools shall be located at facility. Will supply the existing TS software. The console has a PC with the LabVIEW development software installed.
