Key responsibilities will include financial analysis and modeling of business decisions, planning, and reporting (daily, weekly and monthly responsibilities).
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Complete Financial Analysis to Support Senior Management
- Develop financial model frameworks
- Interact with end users to obtain feedback or validate data if necessary
- Analyze and effectively communicate results
- Reports may be needed on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
-Ad Hoc projects and analysis requested by Senior Management
-Continuously streamline processes to eliminate inefficiencies and improve results
-Assist in the development of the long range financial plan and analyze operating results
Support the Daily Cash Flow Reporting Process
- Create and distribute daily cash flow results and prepare communication detailing variances and forecast changes
- Forecast daily/weekly/monthly activities and communicate changes to Senior management
- Scorecard tracking of model results
-Produce ad hoc reports to analyze variances
Support Cash Management Process
- Review and approve Wires and ACH transactions
- Assist with daily cash position analysis
- Coordinate Letter of Credit activities among different business units.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
1 - 3 years of analytical and Financial Modeling Skills
1 - 3 years of experience with Financial Analytic Software (Hyperion Essbase) is preferred.
Advanced experience with, Excel (V-Look-ups, pivot tables, developing formulas) and creating presentations within PowerPoint.
Prior Retail Experience (Preferred)
3-5 years of financial analysis experience or 1-2 years of experience with an MBA.
Education
MBA Preferred
