Citibank, N.A. seeks a Program Lead for its Long Island City, New York location.

Duties: Utilize SQL/Advanced SAS/Macros to execute campaigns and create management information systems reports. Assist in the development of complex code sets and modules used to evaluate campaign requirements. Manipulate large data sets on both mainframe and UNIX platforms using SAS/ SQL/ Teradata. Query internal systems and data marts to develop and audit waterfall reports and assist with promotion inquiries. Interface with product, segment and analytic teams on campaign set-up, execution, tracking fulfillment, measurement, analysis and reporting for NA Retail Bank business. Develop and implement end to end campaign management technical solution to support marketing customer acquisition, customer retention, up-sell and cross-sell efforts involving incentives to customers for Retail Bank products. Use database marketing, principles of segmentation, marketing analytics, customer life cycle, campaign targeting, channel optimization, digital analytics, portfolio analysis, statistical analysis and data analysis to strategically improve the effectiveness of marketing programs for retail bank business. Understand, customize and optimize the entire campaign management process to include new campaign requirements, development test, production execution and quality control. Work with teams on campaign enhancement, process optimization, efficiency improvement and standardization, and Maintain updated documentation on process and procedures, controls and QA artifacts. Assist in Project Management to effectively and quickly deliver data analytics, including data dashboards, to assist management decision making.

Requirements: Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Mathematics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related quantitative field and 5 years of progressively responsible experience as a Database direct marketing professional, Senior Analyst, Principal Analyst or a closely related position in the financial services industry. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master's degree in the above listed fields and 3 years of experience in the above stated positions. The full term of progressively responsible work experience must include: 1. Working with retail banking data and fulfillment systems; 2. Campaign management and operations optimization; 3. Tax reporting of marketing incentives; 4. Posting cash and non-cash offers as marketing incentives; 5. SAS/SQL/Macros/Mainframe/Unix/Teradata; 6. Database marketing principles, marketing database design and modeling, customer analysis, portfolio analysis, process optimization, digital analytics, marketing analytics; 7. Performing statistical analysis and principles of segmentation; and 8. Big data, data management and manipulation.
