Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist customers by phone, email and live chat. This may include taking orders by phone, answering product questions, processing returns
- Collect detailed and accurate information from customers for custom-made product requests
- Engage with customers to help them find the best solution for their needs
- Process paperwork and other routine administrative duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Eager to learn
- Able to take direction well and follow procedures
- Comfortable with in-bound and out-bound phone calls
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
- Basic Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets experience
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience working with an online business is preferred but not required
- Typical schedule is 8AM to 5PM Monday – Friday, but open availability until 8PM for potential later shifts is desirable
