Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assist customers by phone, email and live chat. This may include taking orders by phone, answering product questions, processing returns
  • Collect detailed and accurate information from customers for custom-made product requests
  • Engage with customers to help them find the best solution for their needs
  • Process paperwork and other routine administrative duties

Qualifications and Skills

  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Eager to learn
  • Able to take direction well and follow procedures
  • Comfortable with in-bound and out-bound phone calls
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Experience working with an online business is preferred but not required
  • Typical schedule is 8AM to 5PM Monday – Friday, but open availability until 8PM for potential later shifts is desirable
