Facilities Work Order Coordinator (17028498) Description
The Facilities Work Order Coordinator receives and responds to restaurant facilities work orders that arrive primarily through the Service Channel ticketign system.
Responsibilities
In addition to following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
•Respond immediately to Service Channel work orders and process them rapidly to thereby maintain immediate turnaround and response
•Provide a first touch to all work orders and ensure that we have zero inventories of not-reviewed Service Channel tickets
•Contribute to a culture of rapid turnaround and extremely high customer service for our restaurant managers and facilities specialist team
•Review, analyze and re-categorize work orders as necessary to ensure that the information in them is clear, complete, and relevant to the work order
•Call restaurant managers for clarification if the work order is unclear or poorly or incompletely worded
•Obtain picture(s) illustrating the issue(s) when helpful or necessary for clarity
•Assist in confirming that vendors are completing work orders satisfactorily by checking with Facilities Specialist or Restaurant Management
•Enforce standards with Facilities Specialist Team in terms of timeliness and queue management
•Identify issues and problems from Service Channel tickets
•Train operations team on how to use the system
•Schedule and coordinate Preventative Maintenance and New Store Walk through visits and other meetings as needed
The ideal candidate will:
•Quickly and accurately handle facilities work orders
•Be available to work some non-traditional hours, including weekends
•Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
•Be able to work independently with little supervision
•Possess the desire and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
•Have the ability to use a PC, along with MS Office Suite software
•Have a B.A./B.S. in related field; or equivalent experience
•Technical knowledge of restaurant equipment a plus
•Have a desire for continuous learning and self-improvement
