Training Class starts this Monday, 11/13 (Must attend orientation prior to be approved to start)
- Transfer your customer service skills to the medical records industry. Will Train.
- Professional communications- calling Dr. offices on behalf of insurance companies to get records to be set up electronically.
- Good phone presence and customer service
- Light data entry – making changes to new information received on call
- No call center experience necessary. Retail, food service etc. – understanding of good customer service.
- M – F (6am to 2:30pm) or (7am – 3:30pm)
- No weekends – no nights
- Must pass 10 panel drug screen and 7 year criminal that includes a HIPPA check. Pay is $11/hour.
