Job DescriptionFunctions/Responsibilities:Responsible for administrative and functional support two executives within the business and sales organization.- Tactfully manage access to executive calendar and offices, provides responsive, professional phone coverage and calendar management- Plan, manage and participate in planning of yearly Kick-off meetings as well as staff meetings and other company events- Perform all necessary procurement system transactions- Demonstrated experience with Excel and basic budgeting, purchasing and payable processes- Demonstrated experience in preparing and drafting executive-level Power-Point presentations and business correspondence for internal and external use- Plan and manage domestic and international complex travel schedules including preparing of required travel documents (i.e. visas, etc.); demonstrated ability to effectively respond to travel and schedule changes, providing alternative arrangements or other solutions for travel related issues in a timely manner- Provide timely, accurate reconciliation of expense accounts and other related administrative items- Complete project-based or special assignments such as annual Global Talent Plan, meeting planning and coordination on an as-needed basis- Requires coordinating and functioning on a global basis with headquarters leadership staff, customers and field personnel- Discrete and confidential handling of sensitive employee, company and non-company contacts, data, records, plans, and executive email/calendars.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Associate degree in business or marketing field or equivalent preferred- 7+ years of executive administrative experience- Must be responsive and able to work flexible hours to accommodate global business needs, ability to work overtime as required- Expert knowledge of MS Office software (Word, PowerPoint, & Excel), familiarity with mainframe computer applications- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving skills, executive presence, confident in abilities and sensitive to others- Demonstrated outstanding organization and planning skills, pays attention to detail, demonstrated by high quality work and results- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot new systems and software as requiredemail your resume to Suzanne at: starksu@KellyServices.com Why Kelly®?At Kelly Services®, we work with the best.
