About this job
A St. Louis based commercial construction company specializing in renovating buildings and interior spaces is looking for a hard working laborer that wants to learn the trade. We are a small company looking for good people to grow the business.
Duties to include:
-Keep construction site clean and organized.
-Perform final cleans on projects. (vacuum, wipe down, clean windows, wax floors, etc.)
-Interior demolition. (walls, flooring, acoustic ceilings, drywall, cabinetry, etc.)
-Misc material pickup and delivery as needed to project sites.
-Keep all tools and supplies organized.
-Help assist carpenters on various projects at times.
Candidates must possess the following skills:
-Clean cut and professional at all times. (Corporate Customers)
-Background knowledge in general construction. Preferably commercial.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Capacity to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
-Extremely hard work ethic.
-Ability to multitask and keep up with multiple projects at once.
-Reliable transportation, valid drivers license and clean background history.
-Ability to lift heavy objects.
Previous construction experience preferred.
