Our Assistant Managers play a multi-faceted role, positioned as part of a management team but also closely involved with training and coaching Associates. RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Development, supervision, and monitoring of all Associates
  • Communicate and ensure adherence to all bakery-cafe policies and procedures
  • Perform operational activities such as shift running, inventory control, scheduling, hiring, sanitation, planning, maintaining stock, monitoring food supplies, and other P&L factors
  • Establish and build positive relationships with guests to ensure satisfaction and continued sales
  • Ensure the bakery-cafe is staffed to maintain company essence and quality standards

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year restaurant management experience
  • Exposure to financial accountability
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to pass background check
  • Reference checks
