Perfumes 4U has an openings for Sales Associates/ Key Holders at our store in Tanger Outlet Riverhead

Bilingual Spanish a PLUS

We are a growing U.S Retail Company dedicated to the sale of Designers Fragrances.
Currently, we have 42 stores in 18 different states in the U.S, Canada and Puerto Rico.

The ideal candidate must be friendly, energetic, upbeat and have excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities :

-Achieve high levels of sales performance and results.

-Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping of sales floor and stock room.

-Provide prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all customers.

-Assist in the daily operations of the store as assigned by the Manager.

-Process sales transactions utilizing POS system.

-Assist in maintaining standards of the back of the store: stock room, lockers, kitchen, bathroom, etc

Qualifications :

-Experience dealing with the public.

-Six + months sales experience of retail experience in a competitive selling environment (not self service)

-Strong interpersonal and communications skills

-Very strong sales skills

-Eager to earn maximum bonuses and incentives

-Persuasive and friendly

Compensation : We offer competitive Basic hourly Rate + Sales Commissions
