Runners must have a passion for quality food, craft beverages, and genuine hospitality. Knowledge of the menu and its ingredients are a prerequisite to be a Runner. Runners must assist the expediter and bartenders to ensure food and beverages reaches the customers at the appropriate temperature, accurately, and in a timely manner.
